Nemesis Sandals is using fine Italian Vachetta leathers for straps and natural leather for the sole. All of our products are 100% leather and handmade in Greece by skilled sandal makers to order. Occasional imperfections such as any creasing, shading or color irregularities should be considered natural features of the leather and not as defects.

We have made every effort to display the items featured on this Site as accurately as possible. The Site cannot be responsible for the limitations of your monitor’s display of any color or detail. For optimal viewing, we recommend setting your monitor to 1024 x768 or higher.

With time and exposure to light, natural Vachetta leather will gradually become darker in color. This mellowing process is regarded as a natural feature of the material and should not be considered a defect. However, to minimize this, we suggest storing products away from direct exposure to light. This material is highly absorbent and once a stain is deeply ingrained it can be impossible to remove. It is not advisable to wear the sandals in the rain, as water leaving stain marks on the leather. When not in use, store your sandals in a box or cotton dust bag and not in a plastic bag, as the leather needs to breathe.
